This Privacy Policy describes how the International Education Sustainability Group (IESG) collects, uses and discloses personal data when you use our website and services. It also explains your data protection rights under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
 

IESG is registered in Australia and governed by Australian law and complies with the Australian Privacy Act. IESG also complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR) which provides regulation and increased enforcement of privacy and security controls of personally identifiable information. 
 

We are constantly reviewing the way we work to ensure we are meeting the relevant requirements in the regions in which we work. However, where you believe IESG needs to comply with specific foreign data protection legislation and is not currently compliant, please inform us.
 

Information we collect

We only store personal data that is supplied to us. This includes, but is not restricted to, all data provided when completing enquiry forms or registering for our services. We may collect and process the following personal data from you:

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Address

  • IP address

  • Cookies (for website analytics).

Besides that, the device you use to access IESG services may also share data with IESG, which is also considered to be personal data. You can control this sharing of data in your browser or device settings.

IESG uses cookies on our website, there are four types used:

    These cookies enable core functionality such as security, verification of identity and network management. These cookies can’t be disabled.

  2. Marketing Cookies
    Marketing cookies such as social media cookies are used to allow you to share content from the IESG website to different social media platforms.

  3. Functional Cookies
    Functional cookies are used to store your personal settings, such as your account details when you register for services or to save your progress when completing forms. Disabling these cookies may limit website functionality.

  4. Analytics Cookies
    Analytics cookies are used to provide information relating to usage and navigation throughout the site back to the IESG communications team so that we can improve our services.
